All aboard for #TrainingTuesday! The Boarding Team Member (BTM) College is a two-week tactical training program in boarding procedures, initial inspections and use-of-force. The BTM College is for members who are assigned to be a boarding team member but operational members can request to participate in the BTM College and attend upon command approval. Upon completing training and passing a verbal and physical test, members will be prepared to help maintain safety and security at sea. #SemperPar
