Instructions on how to make beef bone broth : I’m using soup bones from a local farmer. Unwrap & pour a oil on top to help brown. Cook on 425 for 40-45 minutes or until meat is crisp / browned on top. Add to your slow cooker. I used saved veggie scraps I had in the freezer onion tops , celery tops, carrots, and I didn’t have fresh garlic so I used already chopped garlic. Add your water , pepper , and wine to help the flavor. Cook on 200 for 34-48 hours. Follow to see how I’ll be canning it! ..#b
