🦋 Wing-beating tremorএটা হলো একটি proximal tremor, অর্থাৎ shoulder joint-এর কাছাকাছি থেকে শুরু হয়। রোগী যখন হাতদুটো সামনে তুলে (arms abducted) এবং elbows flexed করে রাখে, তখন rhythmic, high-amplitude tremor হয় ,দেখে মনে হয় যেন ডানা ঝাপটাচ্ছে 🪽 তাই নাম wing-beating tremor। Wilson’s disease-এ copper deposition হয় basal ganglia (বিশেষ করে lentiform nucleus — putamen globus pallidus) এ।→ এর ফলে abnormal basal ganglia output → tremor, dystonia, rigidity, ইত্যাদি neurological features develop করে। n
